    Up-date 09/11/2011:

     We have lainched a beta test page and created a brand name as a demonstration platform - click here to have a look.

    Up-date 20/10/2011:

    Up-date 18/09/2011:

     Looks like we have finally had chance to up date the up date :)
     Discussions yesterday and we have 2 MBA students who are studying Social Networking in business - where - why, or why not...
     They are going to be using our site as part of their work.....
     More on this soon.

    Up-date 01/03/2011:

     Permissions - problem solved - reduced the test possibilities from 33 thousand down to a mere 192 options.
     Our thanks go to a friendly nuclear physicist for doing some fancy (read beyond us) maths on probability.

    Up-date 25/02/2011:

     Now reached the bug resting stage - so light has appeared at the end of the tunnel (in the distance).
     Permissions - who can see who, add a comment on who, create a goal for who - Nightmare !!!

    Up-date 12/02/2011:

     We already have several other clients who are keen to see the demonstration.
     The system now has a live language switch to enable multi-language organisations to roll it out globally

    Up-date 25/01/2011:

     Following a successful demonstration - development of the new system has now taken over our lives (sad !)
     Launch date yet to be determined - but the Pilot will be in Austria - to test the multi-language capability.
     We have to stop mentioning the concept to our other clients - every time we do - they ask for a demonstration.
     Would be an idea to finish it first.

    Up-date 03/01/2011:

     Whose idea was this one !!!!
     It has become another mission, the more we create, the more we have to create.
     Ready to run the initial demonstration - 'Vulcan' has now a brother planet - Romulus.

   Up-date 15/12/2010:

     Reached the point where we have 360 degree feedback integrated into the employee part and are now able to allow the manager to
     comment live as the year progresses... The next challenge is to allow other to 'live' comment on a person's goals.

    Up-date 12/11/2010:

     We are working in partnership with one of our clients to develop a fully integrated appraisal and review toolkit.
     Known as project 'Vulcan' the intention is to utilise the concepts of 'facebook' and 'twitter' and the 360 feedback process.
     As the project develops we will post more up-dates.....
