Overview

Since the initial development the process continues to develop and now offers the following key features:

Reports custom designed –

  • Text rich, customised analysis, organisationally appropriate scoring scales.
  • On-Line – Postal or mixed approach to distribution of questionnaires.
  • Allows people to be included who do not have internet / e-mail.
  • Questionnaire built using Job profiles and or Competency models.

Management information –

  • Normative comparisons, Benchmark, League table, Succession planning, Validation.

Organisation wide and individual development needs. –

  • Strategic, Local, Group to Group comparison.

Initial administration, chasing and report generation –

  • Significantly reducing in-organisation workload.

Capacity to link development solutions to development needs. -

  • Each question linked to one or more of the organisations development solutions.

Pricing based on volume use –

  • No hidden or development costs.

 

Each organisation we work with has requested a different report format so we custom build to the clients requirements. Typically they contain a combination of chart based analysis and text based comments.

Different scoring approaches are being used to mirror existing processes e.g. Performance appraisal.

In some cases the questionnaire used for the 360 degree process is linked to the Client organisations Development programmes or Learning Resource centre. If this is the case, the report contains solutions to development needs.

In addition to the individual feedback report we are currently providing:
