Our policy is to work with clients to develop our system to meet their specific needs. As such in the majority of cases we do not charge for development. Significant development continues to both the administration and output side of the system. 

There is an on-line administrative process that provides easy set-up with the additional benefit of being able to monitor returns.

Chasing missing questionnaires is handled by us as part of the process and in some cases so is the initial set up.

 
 
 
If the client requests something unusual we will always accept the challenge to develop an approach that works.

For example:

One of our clients recently asked if they could have hierarchically mixed questions to allow for a real view of individuals fit to the next level (succession planning).
In addition they asked for normative data to be collated on the succession development needs of their managers.
As a result each person going through the process now gets two reports – Appraisal (current role) and Succession (future role). HR are using the data to develop the next group of managers.
