Our challenge:
- To create an on-line 360 degree appraisal system that equals or exceeds the
functionality of our own.
www.icskills.com has developed a 360 feedback system based on total flexibility for the customer.
Inadvertently we have adopted the mission statement of ‘whatever’.
The entire process is based on customer needs – Using their 360 questionnaires, customising
the invitation e-mail, offering a postal and on-line mix, creating multiple 360 feedback reports from the
questionnaires, developing charts and layouts that mirror the organisational brand.
Providing on-line comparisons between populations and allowing data collected to inform
strategic or local planning.
Our customers have driven our development.
- The primary challenge is to make our level of process customisation available to all,
without the hidden costs of development, hosting and licence fees.
- The secondary challenge is to provide a high level of sophistication in a simple system.
We are already supporting two different customer groups:
.1. Customer organisations direct.
.2. Consultancy companies providing a service to their customers.
