Building the questionnaire is often the most daunting part of the process. Our approach is to use information that already exists within the performance management process as a starting point. Typically - a job profile or job description can be used.

The process we provide allows questions to be validated during the early stages of the 360 degree process and subsequently changed as the organisational requirement changes.

Some of our clients have one set of questions that are hierarchically applied - others have a set of questions for each individual role.
