Timberland - A small series of 360 appraisals
Start date February - Pilot end date mid March
Carrefour - Pilot for HR people with the intention of then going GLOBAL.
Challenge .1. can we deliver a fully branded system yesterday !
Challenge .2. can we create a custom multi-language 360 feedback platform, initially in English, Spanish and French.
Challenge .3. can we have the project LIVE within 1week ! Start date February 9th - first group complete by 18th March !
2010 Summary:
- RBS - a series of 360 feedback reports for their regional support managers.
- Avanza Bank - self managed with our support - questionnaires created in Swedish.
- PhotoBox - self managed, French and English questionnaires.
- Anglo American - 360 appraisals to support one on one coaching
- IFS Defence - a repeat of 2008, and 2009.
- Smiths Group - 360 feedback appraisals as part of a series of executive development centres.
- Oldham Council - the next level of managers.
- Screwfix - 360 feedback reports printed and delivered, supporting a series of development centres.
- Europcar - Management 360 feedback reports, for one-to-one feedback.
- CRI - 360 feedback reports running into 2011

2009 Summary:
- IFS Defence - self managed (with our support) 360 appraisals.
- JD Williams - 360 appraisals - Printed and delivered, Individual feedback sessions with HR.
- UHS-inc - self managed with our support.
- Predictable Success - self managed, a series of appraisals for Pella in the USA.
- Mediacom - potentially entertaining, creative and our type of contract.
- Oldham Council - Senior management team attending development centres.
2001 - 2008 Summary:
